Curated scholarly infrastructure

Research Radar: calls, resources, and field signals

This public research resource extends my scholarly practice of tracing how ideas circulate and where work can enter conversation. It curates CFPs, conferences, funding, film and media calls, art opportunities, and field developments relevant to rhetoric, technology, trans studies, visuality, critical making, and RCID communities.

Purpose

Opportunity as field mapping

The Radar is not a generic listings board. It records where research questions, methods, communities, and institutions are gathering.

Editorial practice

Curated before published

Sources can surface candidates, but each visible item is selected for relevance before it enters the public resource.

Research connection

Signals across constellations

Items are read in relation to mediation, AI and platforms, trans publics, visuality, pedagogy, and community knowledge.

Transparent source practice

Sources informing the Radar

The public page stays curated. Discovery sources add candidates to a review queue; relevance and context are assessed before an item becomes part of this scholarly resource.
